Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience and versed with ADP software. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional service to our employees.Responsibilities:-Payroll Processing: Utilize ADP software to accurately process payroll for all employees on a regular basis, including calculating wages, overtime, deductions, and taxes.-Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, changes in compensation, and other relevant information.-Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, including tax withholding requirements, wage and hour laws, and reporting obligations.-Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits as needed.-Reporting: Generate and distribute payroll reports to management as required, providing insights into payroll expenses, trends, and other relevant metrics.-Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries, issues, and requests, resolving problems promptly and professionally.-Audits and Reconciliations: Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of payroll data to ensure accuracy and integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.-Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes and procedures to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and enhance accuracy.
